사랑하는 성도 여러분,

하나님을 진심으로 경외하는 사람은

주님을 예배하는 자리를 즐거워하고,

그분의 말씀에 온전히 순종하며,

주님이 아파하시는 죄를 미워합니다.

나를 향한 하나님의 사랑이 얼마나 깊은지,

동시에 나를 망가뜨리는 죄를

그분이 얼마나 아파하시는지

그 따스한 마음을 잘 알기 때문입니다.

주님은 당신을 경외하는 자녀들에게

삶의 그 어떤 것도 부족함이 없게 채우시며,

인생 여정을 신실하게 책임져 주실 것입니다.

이 아침에,

하나님을 더욱 친밀하게 알아

하나님을 경외하는 마음으로 살게 해달라고

기도하며 하루를 시작합시다.

"나의 하나님은 인자하시고

준엄하신 분이십니다."(롬 11:22)

Those who truly fear the Lord

find joy in worshiping Him,

seek to obey His Word wholeheartedly,

and hate the sins that grieve His heart.

They understand how deep God’s love is for them,

and at the same time,

how deeply He is grieved by the sin that destroys their lives.

The Lord will faithfully provide for those who fear Him,

leaving them in need of nothing,

and He will lovingly sustain them

throughout their journey of life.

This morning,

let us begin the day in prayer,

asking God to help us know Him more intimately

and to live with hearts that truly fear and honor Him.

“My God is both kind and severe.”(Romans 11:22)
