사랑하는 성도님들,

무엇이 부족하십니까?

우리 영혼의 목자이신 주님을

따르는 자들에게는

진실로 부족함이 없습니다.

지금 당장 손에 잡히는 것이 없고

눈에 보이는 것이 없을지라도,

우리의 필요를 우리보다 더 잘 아시는

주님께서 이미 가장 선한 길로

우리를 이끌고 계십니다.

“여호와는 나의 목자시니

내게 부족함이 없으리로다”라는

다윗의 고백은 외적 풍요 때문이 아니라,

목자를 향한 절대적 신뢰에서

피어난 노래입니다.

환경이 어떠하든지,

우리 앞에 가시며 인도하시는

주님의 음성을 따라

콧노래를 부르며

평안히 걸어가시기를 바랍니다.

“주여, 말씀하옵소서.

주의 종이 듣겠습니다.”

(삼상 3:10)

 What is lacking in your life?

For those who follow the Lord,

the Shepherd of our souls,

there is truly no lack.

Even if nothing is in your hands right now,

even if nothing is visible before your eyes,

the Lord,who knows your needs

better than you do,

is already leading you on the most good

and perfect path.

“The Lord is my Shepherd;

I shall not want”was not a confession

born of outward abundance,

but a song that flowed

from absolute trust in the Shepherd.

Whatever your circumstances may be,

as you follow the voice of the Lord

who goes before you,

may you walk in peace,

even with a quiet song in your heart.

“Speak, Lord,for Your servant is listening.”

(1 Samuel 3:10)
