두 번째 고개(3/25/2026)

사랑하는 성도님들,

오늘,

사랑하는 문옥이 집사님께서

두 번째 항암의 고개를

넘어가십니다.  

어제,

문 집사님을 방문하여

이야기를 나누며 기도하는 동안,

집사님의 눈과 말에는 이미

승리의 빛이 비치고 있었습니다.   

내일,

하나님께서 행하실 새 일을

기대하며, 서로의 손을 맞잡고

한 마음으로 기도하면서,

함께 고개를 넘어갑시다.

우리를 향하신 하나님의 뜻은

함께 웃고 함께 울며

함께 걸어가는 ‘연합’입니다.

“나는 말씀을 주야로 묵상하면서

주의 뜻을 분별하여 사는

지혜로운 사람입니다.”(엡 5:15,17)   

Today,

our dear Deaconess Moon Ok is crossing

the hill of her second round of chemo.

Yesterday,

as I visited her, talked, and prayed together,

I saw in her eyes and in her words

the light of victory already shining.

Tomorrow,

as we look with expectation to the new work

God will do, let us join hands,

pray with one heart,

and cross that hill together.

God’s will for usis unity—

to laugh togetherand to weep together.

“I am a wise person who meditates

on the Word day and night and

lives by discerning the will of the Lord.”

(Ephesians 5:15, 17)
