영적 보물찾기(2/13/2026)

사랑하는 성도님들,

알라바마에서, 월요일부터 진행된

성경 공부 교재 집필자 모임을 마치고,

오늘 아침 기쁜 마음으로 집에 돌아왔습니다.

그곳에서 제가 본 것은 단순히

종이 위에 쓰이는 글자가 아니었습니다.

성도님들의 영적 성장을 꿈꾸며

머리를 맞댄 목사님들의 뜨거운 토론,

서로를 향한 세심한 배려,

그리고 격려 속에 피어나는 웃음소리였습니다.

그 아름다운 연합의 풍경 속에서

저는 살아계신 예수님의 사랑을 경험했습니다.

문득 성도님들의 일상이 궁금해졌습니다.

여러분이 머무는 가정의 식탁에서,

치열한 직장의 터전에서,

혹은 이웃과 나누는 작은 인사 속에서

여러분은 예수님의 사랑을 경험하고 계시나요?

하나님의 사랑은 멀리 있지 않습니다.

우리의 평범한 일상 속에서,

예수님은 당신의 사랑을 우리에게 들켜주십니다.

오늘 하루,

아래의 말씀을 묵상하며

성도님들의 삶의 구석구석에서

예수님의 사랑을 발견하는

'영적 보물찾기'가 시작되기를 축복합니다.

"성령으로 내 속 사람을 능력으로 강건케 하사,

예수님의 사랑을 경험하면서,

하나님으로 충만케 하소서."

(에베소서 3장 16–19)

After completing the Bible study curriculum writers’ meeting

that began on Monday in Alabama,

I returned home this morning with a joyful heart.

What I witnessed there was not merely words written on paper.

I saw pastors coming together with one mind and one heart,

engaging in passionate discussions for the sake of your spiritual growth,

showing thoughtful care for one another,

and sharing laughter that blossomed through mutual encouragement.

Within that beautiful picture of unity,

I experienced the love of the living Jesus.

As I returned,

I found myself wondering about your everyday lives.

At the tables in your homes,

in the intensity of your workplaces,

or in the small greetings you exchange with neighbors—

are you experiencing the love of Jesus there?

God’s love is not far away.

In the midst of our ordinary daily lives,

Jesus gently allows His love to be discovered by us.

Today,

as you meditate on the Scripture below,

I bless you to begin a“spiritual treasure hunt,”

discovering the love of Jesusin every corner of your life.

“May He strengthen my inner being with power through the Holy Spirit,

that I may experience the love of Jesus,

and be filled with all the fullness of God.”

(Ephesians 3:16-19)
