왕의 품격(2/24/2026)

사랑하는 성도님들,

거지는

두 손을 내밀며 하루를 시작합니다.

얼마를 받았는지에 따라

그의 기쁨이 오르내립니다.

왕은

보좌에 앉아 손을 펼칩니다.

얼마를 나누었는지에 따라

그의 마음이 더 넓어집니다.

세상은 말합니다.

“더 가져라, 더 쌓아라, 그것이 복이다.”

거지 근성입니다.

하늘은 속삭입니다.

“흘려보내라, 나누어라, 그것이 복이다.”

왕의 품격입니다.

우리는 만 왕의 왕이신

하나님의 자녀들입니다.

받는 것보다 주는 것이

더 복되다는 진리를 깨달은 자들입니다.

이제, 이 진리를 따라

받는 인생에서 주는 인생으로,

그렇게 왕의 자녀답게 살아갑시다.

“거짓을 따라 살던 옛 사람을 벗어 버리고,

진리를 따라 사는 새 사람을 입으라.

(엡 4:22-24)

A beggar

begins the day with hands stretched out.

His joy rises and falls according to how much he receives.

A king

sits on his throne with open hands.

His heart grows wider according to how much he gives away.

The world says,“Get more. Store up more. That is blessing.”

That is the mindset of a beggar.

Heaven whispers,“Let it flow. Give it away. That is blessing.”

That is the dignity of a king.

We are children of God, the King of kings.

We are those who have realized the truth

that it is more blessed to give than to receive.

Now, according to this truth,

let us move from a life of receiving to a life of giving.

Let us live as children of the King.

“Put off your old self, which lives accoding to the falsehood,

and put on the new self, which lives according to the truth.”

(Ephesians 4:22–24)
