최고의 요리사 The Best Chef

사랑하는 성도님들,

하나님을 사랑하는 나,

하나님의 뜻대로

부르심을 입은 나에게는

하나님께서 내가 겪는 모든 일들과

주변의 모든 사람들을 합력해서

선을 만들고 계신다는 말씀, 즉

우리의 삶을 최고의 인생으로

만들고 계신다는 말씀이

한 주간 여러분에게

어떤 영향을 미쳤나요?   

그 진리의 말씀이

입술을 통해 끊임없이 흘러 나가

마음에 깊이 새겨지면  

염려가 사라지고,

두려움이 사라지며,

원망도 불평도 사라집니다.  

슬픔은 왔다가도 금방 사라집니다.  

지금 내가 겪고 있는 일들을 통해

인생 요리사이신 하나님께서

가장 맛나는 인생을

만들고 계심을 알기 때문입니다.

오늘도 이 말씀을 묵상하면서

성령님의 인도하심을 따라 사는

복된 하루가 되기를 바랍니다.  

“하나님을 사랑하는 나,

하나님의 뜻대로 부르심을 입은

나에게는 모든 것이 합력하여

선을 이루게 하십니다.”

(롬 8:28)

How has this word affected you

throughout the past week—the word that says:

“For me, who loves God and has been called

according to His purpose, God is working

through everything I experience

and everyone around me

to bring about good—in other words,

He is shaping my life into the best life possible”?

When this word of truth continually flows

from our lips and becomes deeply engraved

upon our hearts,

our worries disappear,

our fears fade away,

and our resentment and complaints cease.

Even sorrow, when it comes, quickly passes.

This is because we know that

through everything we are experiencing now,

God—the Master Chef of our lives—is preparing

a life more beautiful and fulfilling than

we could ever imagine.

Today, as we continue to meditate on this word,

may we live a blessed day

following the guidance of the Holy Spirit.

“For me, who loves God and has been called

according to His purpose,

God causes all things to work together for good.”

(Romans 8:28)
