하나님의 편지(2/7/2026)

사랑하는 성도님들,

한 주간 우리 입술을 맴돌았던

‘측량할 수 없는 그리스도의 은혜’는

문장 속에 갇힌 언어가 아닙니다.

십자가에서 흘러나온 그 거대한 은혜는

도저히 품어주기 힘든 사람을 용서하고,

인내로 기다려주고,

낮은 마음으로 섬겨줄 때,

비로서 실체로 드러납니다.

세상은 우리의 설교를 듣기 전에

우리의 삶을 읽습니다.

날 선 말에 상처 입은 이의 가슴을

부드러운 사랑의 말로 감싸주고,

연약한 자의 손을 조용히 잡아주며,

악한 바람이 불어와도, 끝내

'선(善)'이라는 꽃을 피워내는 그 결단!

그것이야말로 측량할 수 없는 은혜를

세상에 전하는 가장 확실한 방식입니다.

우리는 웅변하는 자가 아니라

순종하는 자이며,

설명하는 자가 아니라, 삶으로

은혜를 보여주는 사명자들입니다.

손해를 보면서도 웃어줄 때,

비난 대신 축복을 건넬 때,

세상은 우리를 통해

은혜로 충만하신 하나님을

보게 될 것입니다.

당신은 하나님의 은혜로 기록된

가장 눈부신 편지입니다.

"나는 하나님의 자녀로서

측량할 수 없는 그리스도의 은혜의 복음을

전하는 사명을 받은 자입니다."

(엡 3:8)

Beloved brothers and sisters,

Throughout this past week,

the phrase“the unsearchable grace of Christ”

has lingered on our lips.

But this grace is not a phrase

confined to words or sentences.

The immense grace that flowed from the cross

is revealed when we forgive

those who are difficult to embrace,

when we wait with patience,

and when we serve with a humble heart.

Before the world listens to our sermons,

it reads our lives.

When we wrap wounded hearts

with gentle words of love,

when we quietly take the hand of the weak,

and when, even as harsh winds blow,

we choose—again and again—

to let the flower of goodness bloom,

that is the clearest way to carry

the unsearchable grace of Christinto the world.

We are not those who merely speak eloquently,

but those who obey.

Not those who explain,

but those who reveal grace through life itself.

When we choose to smile despite loss,

and extend blessing rather than accusation,

the world will behold, through our lives,

the God who overflows with grace.

You are God’s most radiant letter,

written with His grace.

“As a child of God,

I have been entrusted with the mission

to proclaim the gospel

of the unsearchable grace of Christ.”

(Ephesians 3:8)
