하늘의 밥상(3/12/2026)

사랑하는 성도님들,

여러분의 곁을 스쳐 가는

거친 풍경들이 보이나요?

웃음기를 잃어버린 메마른 얼굴들,

날 선 가시와 같은 무례한 말들,

자기 중심적 행동들,

분노와 염려와 우울한 감정들...

이러한 풍경들은

"나를 좀 사랑해달라"는

영혼의 처절한 굶주림이자

소리 없는 아우성이에요.

오늘,

그 허기진 영혼들을 위해

우리의 입술을

하나님께 빌려드립시다.

십자가의 뜨거운 사랑이

우리의 입술을 통해 흘러갈 때,

얼어붙은 그들의 마음의 온도가

한층 올라갈거에요.

우리가 건네는 따뜻한 말 한마디는

주님이 그들에게 차려주시는

하늘의 밥상이 될거에요.

하나님을 기쁘시게 하는 일,

그것은 바로 우리의 입술을 통해

누군가의 영혼이 배불리 먹고

환한 웃음을 짓게 하는거에요.

"사랑으로 말하고 행함으로

하나님을 기쁘시게 하는 자가

되게 하소서."

(엡 5:2,10)

Do you notice the harsh landscapes 

that pass by your side each day?

Faces that have lost their smiles,

words as sharp as thorns,

self-centered actions,

emotions filled with anger, anxiety, and sadness…

These scenes are often a desperate hunger of the soul—

a silent cry that says,“Please, love me.”

Today,

for those starving souls,

let us lend our lips to God.

When the burning love of the cross

flows through our words,

the frozen temperature of their hearts

will begin to rise.

A single warm word we offer

can become a table from heaven

that the Lord prepares for them.

To please God is to allow our lips to feed

someone’s hungry soul until they can smile again.

“Let us speak and act in love,

becoming those who please God.”

(Ephesians 5:2, 10)
